Remembering Mac

Mac

I did this drawing of cousin Joan's dog, Mac a few years ago.  I wanted to post it again since Mac passed away Dec. 6th.  He was a wonderful dog, truly a gentle giant and he will be missed.

    1. Thank you Hilda. It was only befitting to Mac. He was such a great dog.

Your portrait of Ruby is fantastic. I love the texture of the fur and that scarf is terrific. What a cutie!!!

    1. Thank you Vic. It is always a hard time when we lose our pets. It seems it never gets easier but I have always felt that the joy they give outweighs the pain.

      Best to you,
      Sue

  4. Hi Renate,

Thank you, Mac was a beautiful dog.

I just visited your blog and loved Whale Tail. You captured such movement in the water especially with the water coming off the tail. Very well done, you have definitely met the blue challenge. I tried commenting on your blog but it did not go through.

  5. Hello Sue:) Thank you so much for your lovely comment on my whale tail:)
I understand you still have problems with your commenting on other blogs. I did a little research that could help. I hope I know how to explain it because my blog is in Dutch and yours is in English, but I will try.
On your head page of your blog, in the upper right corner you have 3 options: new message, design and opt out. Choose "design".
On the left side you see a row with different capabilities. Choose the last option: "settings".
You see that there are a number of possibilities have been added at the bottom. Choose the option: "messages and responses".
On the page that you see now are 2 chapters: "messages" and a bit further down "comments". Directly under "messages" you see "place comments". You can choose from 4 options: embedded, whole page, pop-up window and hide. Choose pop-up window.
Right at the top of the corner is: save settings. Don't forget to save! With a little luck is your problem resolved. Lots of success!

    1. Little mistake: Directly under "messages" has to be: directly under "comments" (fourth sentence from below).
